Visitor Procedures

Each building in the Frazier School District is equipped with an audio/video intercom system at the main entrance of the building.  If visiting any building during school hours, you must use the intercom system to speak with a staff member before gaining entry into the building.  The only exception to this policy is for Frazier Elementary.  Visitors to the elementary school will utilize the Middle School entrance, as the metal detector, visitor log, and resource officer is located on that side of the building.

Frazier School District welcomes parents, community members, and visitors into our buildings to support our students’ educational experience. We believe that student and staff safety is of the utmost importance.  For students and staff to thrive they must feel secure in their environment.  To ensure security, visitors will be required to present proper identification to be scanned through the District’s Raptor Visitor Management system.  This system allows the District to verify all guests against the national sex offender database before giving them access to the building.  We thank you in advance for your patience and partnership while working through this security procedure.

As a reminder:

ALL visitors will report directly to the main office upon entry into the building.

Visitors will log-in via the Raptor system by scanning their state-issued identification.

The building secretary will verify the information and print a Visitor's badge that must be worn visibly during the time of the visit.

Upon leaving the building, the visitor will return the visitor's tag to the office and log out.

Visitors who are dropping off items in the main office and not entering the main building will not be required to provide the photo ID.

We thank you for your cooperation as we work to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff.
